Mapping a security role to a document

  1. Click the Drill-down icon next to the document.
  2. Click Add new item.
    The Assign Security Roles to Documents dialog box is displayed.
  3. Select one or more security roles.
  4. Optionally, select an accounting entity.
  5. Optionally, select a location.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Click Save.
    The newly added roles are now displayed on the details page for the selected document.
