Adding users to an accounting entity
To add users to the accounting entity:
- On the User tab, click Add new item.
- On the Assign Users to Accounting Entity dialog box, search for and select a user.
- Click Add to add the user.
- Add additional users as required.
- Click Add & Close to add selected users and close the dialog box.

Click Save.
The newly added users are now displayed on the Accounting Entity details page.Note: To automatically add new users to an accounting entity, select the Assign to New Users check box. You can add all users in the system to an accounting entity by clicking Assign to all existing users. The Assign to all existing users option is a long-running action. When triggered, it is sent to a background job. You can check its status on the Admin Long Running Actions page.
