Users

All users who require access to Infor applications must be added as a user to Security and assigned a specific role. The system does not come with a predefined list of users.

The first set of a customer's users, referred to as system administrators, must be added by the Infor CloudSuite provisioning service. Later, the customer's administrators can add and manage other users.

The Users page shows all users that are currently added to your Security system. You can add users and apply an action to a user or group of users. You can use these actions:

  • Activate a draft user - available for users created in the Draft status
  • Activate
  • Disable
  • Copy
  • Delete
  • Reset password
  • Send invitation
  • Unlock account
  • Reset MFA - enabled if the MFA feature is available

You can also perform these bulk actions:

  • Activate all users

    The option is available when the Create Users in Draft Status check box is selected. The check box is in Security Administration > Settings > General Settings > Account Creation Status.

  • Export all users
  • Import passwords

Bulk actions apply to all users and do not require selecting any users.
