Search results

When you conduct a search, each event is displayed in a separate tile that shows the entity ID and the transaction name. You can use the controls in the upper right of the results area to sort and filter the search results:

  • You can view the results in ascending or descending order.
  • You can sort the results by date and time or by severity.

You can click the tiles to view these audit event details:

Field Description
Tenant ID Shows the name of the tenant where the event occurred.
Session ID Shows the session ID of the event creator when the audited action was performed.
Event Creator Shows the user who performed the audited action. You can click or hover over the ellipsis icon in the field to see the full name of the user.
Creator Permissions Shows the application permission that allowed the event creator to perform the action. For example, for IFS related events, the permission is the user's security role.
Transaction Name Shows the name of the action.
Log Time Shows the date and time the event occurred.
Remote IP Address Shows the IP address of the event creator.
Outcome Shows the outcome of the event:
  • Success
  • Failed
  • Exception
Audit Event Type Shows the type of the event.
Severity Shows the severity of the action:
  • Low
  • Medium
  • High
  • Critical
Logical ID Shows the logical ID of the application where the event occurred.
Entity Type Shows the entity type that the event affected.
Entity ID Shows the entity ID that the event affected. You can hover over the ellipsis icon to see all the entity details.
Before Update Shows the data before the action took place. The changed fields are highlighted.
After Update Shows the data after the action took place. The changed fields are highlighted.
