Dynamic workspaces management

The Dynamic Workspaces page shows a list of all existing dynamic workspaces that users can view. Whether a dynamic workspace is displayed to a user depends on the workspace configuration and status as Draft, Published or Published (Edited).

You can use these options:

  • Search for a dynamic workspace by its name.
  • Sort dynamic workspaces by the modification date or title.
  • Filter dynamic workspaces to narrow down the displayed list. For example, you can filter out any checked out dynamic workspaces or dynamic workspaces changed by a specific user.
  • Import or export existing dynamic workspaces.
  • Create up to 100 dynamic workspaces.

You can edit, check in and out, preview, publish, export, archive, restore, replace, and delete a dynamic workspace. You can also import and export their translations.

You can archive a published workspace, inactivating it until a future time. An archived dynamic workspace is visible in Workspaces > Archive and can be restored by selecting it and clicking Restore. You can restore it as its original, a new workspace or another workspace.
