Private workspaces
You can use the to manage the private workspaces for a user.
Note: Under normal circumstances, an administrator should not have to manage a user’s private workspace, but there are cases when it is useful. A user may have created a workspace that breaks the application or the browser in a way that makes it impossible for the user to fix or remove the page. In this case, the administrator can delete the erroneous workspace.
These actions are available:

| Import | Displays the Import Workspace dialog box. |
| Export All | Exports the selected user's private workspaces. |
These additional actions are available when at least one action is selected:

| Delete (<number>) | Deletes the selected workspaces. |
| Export (<number>) | Exports the selected workspaces to a zip file.. |
