Push notifications

If a tenant has been provisioned with Infor Inbox, Notification Center, or another application that has adopted push notifications, you receive the push notifications within Infor Go.

To receive push notifications, you must have the appropriate security role. For example, MingleIONEnabled for Inbox or the relevant application-specific access role for other applications.

You can expand the push notification by touching and holding it. The expanded notification includes up to five parameters with the most important information, along with the title, message, and any configured action buttons. Action buttons can open a specific screen in Infor Go or trigger a background action such as acknowledging a task.
