Home

From the Home page you can access applications, workspaces, saved favorite pages, and Infor Coleman Digital Assistant.

The Home page in Infor Go lists these items:

  • Applications: Mobile responsive applications provisioned for the tenant and enabled for Infor Go.

Applications

This table shows application types available in Infor Go:

Application Description
Infor Provisioned Apps These applications are provisioned and enabled for Infor Go at the Infor Registry level. When you access these applications in Infor Go, you are not required to sign in to them.
Non-Infor Provisioned Apps A tenant administrator can add a non-Infor provisioned application by entering its deployment details during creation in the web application. When you access these applications in Infor Go, you are not required to sign in to them.
Non-Infor Apps A non-Infor application can be added by a tenant administrator. When you access these applications in Infor Go, you are not required to sign in to them.
Native App Modules Infor Go supports Infor Document Management (IDM) in the form of the Documents feature. If you have permissions for the Documents application, it is listed first under the Applications section.
Native App Links Administrators can link to other Infor applications in Infor Go. Clicking the application name launches the linked application, if installed, without session sharing.
Workspaces Infor Go supports only widget-based workspaces. The workspace must be enabled for Infor Go by the administrator.
Infor Coleman Digital Assistant You can execute a skill by audio or message. Skills are predefined capabilities that can be customized to address specific business needs.

Only native application modules and Infor Coleman Digital Assistant are built-in features of Infor Go. Other application types are mobile responsive web applications loaded through Infor Go's internal WebView control.

A content application module is any web application launched in Infor Go with some native application features.

You can navigate through applications using these buttons:

  • The Recent Apps icon

    Infor Go caches the last five opened applications and does not reload them when switching between applications. You can access recently opened applications by clicking the Recent Apps icon at the top right of the screen. Touch and hold the Recent Apps icon to switch to the previously opened application.

  • The navigation arrows

    Navigation arrows at the bottom of the screen function based on shortcut context messages from the applications.

  • The Heart icon

    You can use the Heart icon to save the current page as favorite in Infor Go. Favorites are like bookmarks in Infor OS Portal, but both lists are exclusive. Touch and hold the Heart icon to view a list of all your favorite pages in Infor Go.
