Infor Go configuration and setup

Infor Go supports these methods for configuring the application to connect to your environment:

• Scanning a QR code in Infor OS Portal

  Sign in to Infor OS Portal, click the user icon on top right of the toolbar and select Apps and Authorizations. Find and click Infor Go for Android in the list and scan the QR code with your mobile device.

• Clicking a QR code in the mobile email application

  You can receive an email with a QR code. Open the email on your mobile device and touch the QR code. The Infor Go mobile application is opened if installed. If the application is not installed, Play Store is opened.

  The email distribution is triggered by a tenant administrator.
