Accessing application settings

You can access the application settings by selecting the App Settings option on the Profile dashboard.

Depending on the settings that you and your administration select for Infor Go, these options are available:

  • App Theme: Enables you to choose a theme for the application. The default setting is System Default, with additional options for light and dark modes.
  • App Security: Enables you to select device authentication or a user PIN for the application security.
  • Change PIN: Enables you to change your user PIN. The option is available only if you set a user PIN for your authentication method.
  • Enable Coleman Gesture: Enables you to access the Infor Coleman Digital Assistant by selecting and holding anywhere within any application or workspace.
  • Coleman: Enables either the audio or chat option for the gesture for Coleman Digital Assistant. This option is available only when the Enable Coleman Gesture check box is selected.
  • Show Guided Help: Enables the Guided Help walkthrough.
  • Keep Enrolled on Sign Out: Enables the Mobile Application Management (MAM) users to stay enrolled after signing out. By default, this option is enabled to minimize relaunches triggered by the MAM SDK. If this option is disabled, the MAM users are no longer enrolled after signing out.
  • Try Notification Center: Replaces Infor Inbox with Notification Center under Applications on the Home page. When this option is enabled, you are switched to the Notification Center tab within the content application header instead of the Infor Inbox tab. This option is available only if you have access to both Inbox and Notification Center.
