Configuring Mobile Access Management (MAM)

The Infor Go application is integrated with the Microsoft Intune SDK. Mobile Access Management (MAM) policies can be used to publish, push, configure, secure, monitor, and update mobile apps for your users.

To set up the MAM capabilities in Infor Go, use Admin Settings on the user menu on your desktop: Click Admin Settings to proceed.

If Infor Go is enabled, the Infor Go administration section is available under the Infor Go Administration tab.

In the Infor Go Administration section, you must enter this information:

Note: These fields are derived from data within Microsoft Intune. These data can be found in the Microsoft Intune Portal.
  • IOS Infor Go Redirect URL (URL is static and cannot be edited)
  • Android Infor Go Redirect URL (URL is static and cannot be edited)
  • Enable Integration with MAM
Note: Without this selected, MAM is not enabled and the remaining field values will not be generated.
  • Vendor
Note: Currently, Infor Go is integrated only with the Microsoft Intune.
  • Application Client ID
Note: This field is necessary only for Android devices.
  • ADAL Authority URL
  • Enrollment Attribute ID (See Enrollment Attribute ID for more information.)
  • Unenrolled Users: Allows for a user who is not enrolled in Microsoft Intune to access Infor Go. If this check box is not selected, the user is blocked.

Integration with mobile application development

The redirect URLs for the Infor Go app on both Android and iOS platforms are provided on the page. These URLs can assist users in creating non-Infor authorized apps if needed.

MAM integration supports only Microsoft Intune

The Enable integration with MAM option allows the administrator to protect the Infor Go app. When enabled, the administrator can configure if only users enrolled in Microsoft Intune can log in.

Steps to enable integration with MAM on the Mobility General Page:

To enable MAM (Mobile Application Management) integration, use these steps:

  1. Go to the Mobility page.
  2. Select the Enable Integration with MAM check box.
  3. Configure these details:
    1. Vendor: Select Microsoft Intune Mobile Application Management.
    2. Application Client ID: Specify the appropriate Client ID. The customer obtains this by creating an App Registration.
    3. Authority URL: Specify https://login.microsoftonline.com/<Directory-Tenant-ID>
    4. The Directory-Tenant-ID is available in the App Registration overview.
    5. Enrollment Attribute ID: This refers to the user's UPN. If the UPN is an existing Infor OS IFS user property, select that property. Otherwise, create a Custom IFS attribute and map the field with UPN. Refer to the Configuring custom IFS attribute to tie with Azure UPN section.
    6. Save the changes to complete the integration setup.

See Knowledge Base article 3602894 for instructions on creating an application registration and configuring it for Infor Go. This document will include the necessary fields, such as Client ID and Directory Tenant ID.

Unenrolled users (Users unsubscribed from Intune)

The administrator can allow unenrolled users to access the application when MAM integration is enabled. To configure this, select the Allow access to the application option under the Unenrolled Users section and save the changes.
