Non-Infor app: A Non-Infor app can be added by a tenant administrator, and it is as simple as adding any website. There will be no participation in the Infor Go SSO.

Native App Links: Admins can link to other Infor Apps inInfor Go. It launches the linked app, if installed, without session sharing.

Native Modules: Infor Go currently supports IDM as Documents in Infor Go. There may be more in future.

Workspaces: Infor Go supports only widget-based workspaces and the workspace must be enabled for Infor Go by the administrator.

Coleman DA: The user can execute a skill by audio or message. Operates through skills. Skills are predefined capabilities that can be customized to address specific business needs.

Note: Only Native Modules and Coleman DA are natively building features of Infor Go. Other types of applications are the mobile responsive web apps and Infor Go uses an internal WebView control to load them.

Content App Module: A content app is any web app being launched in Infor Go with some native app features.

For performance, Infor Go caches the last opened 5 apps and does not reload if you move around other apps. You can find the recently opened apps by clicking on the button at top right of the screen.

There are navigation arrows at the bottom of the screen, and these work based on the shortcutContext messages from the apps.

  • The Heart icon saves the current page as a favorite. It is added to Infor Go favorites. This functionality is similar to the Bookmarks feature in Infor OS Portal. However, both lists are exclusive.
  • A long press on the Heart icon shows all the favorites added by you for that application.
  • A long press on the Recent apps icon quickly switches to the previously opened app.
