Emailing the QR code to users

A tenant administrator can email the QR code to the users in the OS portal.

Infor Go users can open that email in a mobile device email app and click the QR code. It launches the Infor Go app if installed. If the Infor Go app is not installed, it opens the AppStore or Play store if app is not installed.

  1. Go to OS portal and select OS from the applications and then API Gateway.
  2. Select Authorized Apps in the side menu.
  3. Find Infor Go and open it.
  4. You will see the Email QR code to users option next to the QR code image.
  5. Add the users and send it.
