Creating new version from Basic Info page Open the Basic info page for the Document Process Flow (DPF) for which you want to create a new version. Click Create New Version. Select the specific version of the DPF to copy from, for example v1 for the first version. All properties are inherited from the selected base version. Modify the content as needed. You can update the DPF description, document classes, activities, and prompt instructions. Changes to the new version do not affect previous versions. Specify the status of the new version as either Draft or Active. Save the new version.
