Job management
Use the Job Management page to access a comprehensive list of submitted job(s) pertaining to document processing that were executed in the last 7 days. You can track the status of each document. You can preview documents directly by clicking on the button.
The Job Management page provides you with details such as Job Id, Job Name, Submitted Date, Start Date, Completed Date, Status, Action, Document Name.
- Job Id - This job Id is generated when you execute the document processor flow
- Job Name - This job name is the pre-built document processor flow used in classification of the document provided
- Submitted Date - This date records when you submitted the job(s)
- Start Date - This date records when you initiated the job(s) for training
- Completed Date - This date field records when the job(s) are completed
- Status - Once the job(s) is submitted for training, the training model displays the status of the job as Complete, In-Progress, Failed, or In-Flight as per the input provided
- Action - You can preview the submitted job details such as image/document data preview of identified entities with key and value
- Document Name - Displays name of the provided document
Use the
option to retrieve the output response file conveniently in JSON format.In the Job Management page , click on the icon to preview the image/document with classification as key name and key value. For Infor Invoice Classification Pre-Built DF - AWS Textract, you can select or highlight the key name in the column. Also, you can download the response file.
The Infor Invoice Classification Pre-Built DF - AWS Textract pre-built model is configured to process an image of the document to generate an output that defines bounding boxes in the picture. Each bounding box gets predicted to enclose textual data representing a respective key name – key value pair. That is, each bounding box is expected to have textual information that defines:
- Key Name
- Value corresponding to the key.
- Key-value pair typically pertains to a specific entity, and the entity type specifies what kind of entity it is.
