- Open the Document Processor Flow list page.
 
          - Identify the Document Process Flow (DPF) for which you want to create a new version.
 
          - Click the version number (for example v1, v2) in the Version column. 
           
            Version list page with all available versions of the selected flow is then displayed.
           
 
          - Click the + button in the top-right corner to create a new version.
 
          - Select the specific version of the DPF to copy from, for example v1 for the first version.
           
            All properties are inherited from the selected base version.
           
 
          - Modify the content as needed. You can update the DPF description, document classes, activities, and prompt instructions. 
           
            Changes to the new version do not affect previous versions.
           
 
          - Specify the status of the new version as either Draft or Active.
 
          - Save the new version.
