Creating new version from Version list

  1. Open the Document Processor Flow list page.
  2. Identify the Document Process Flow (DPF) for which you want to create a new version.
  3. Click the version number (for example v1, v2) in the Version column.
    Version list page with all available versions of the selected flow is then displayed.
  4. Click the + button in the top-right corner to create a new version.
  5. Select the specific version of the DPF to copy from, for example v1 for the first version.
    All properties are inherited from the selected base version.
  6. Modify the content as needed. You can update the DPF description, document classes, activities, and prompt instructions.
    Changes to the new version do not affect previous versions.
  7. Specify the status of the new version as either Draft or Active.
  8. Save the new version.
