Components
Infor Document Processor comprises of these two primary components:
- IDP API Services
- Document Processor User Interface
Both of these components are designed to leverage the Infor Document Processor's capabilities for efficient document processing.
IDP API Service
The IDP API service combines OCR and GenAI to process documents comprehensively. It extracts text from images and PDFs, identifies specific data points like invoice numbers and dates, categorizes these entities into classes, detects tables, and classifies documents into predefined categories.
Document Processor user interface
The Overview page offers a comprehensive interface for accessing and utilizing pre-built document processor flows tailored to various business document types. These predefined flows allow users to efficiently experiment with and evaluate Entity Classification and Document Classification capabilities.
The Document Processor flow screen provides access to pre-built and custom document processing workflows. Pre-built flows are finalized, read-only, and marked as Completed and Base Flow. Custom workflows can be created using the GenAI provider, allowing users to configure entities, document classes, activities, and prompts. Custom flows can be saved as drafts or marked as completed, making them available for document inference processing on the Overview page.
The Job Management page provides a detailed list of submitted document processing jobs from the last 7 days, allowing users to track their status and preview documents.
