Limitations

These are the Infor Document Processor (IDP) limitations:

• The Create Job endpoint (API only) supports files up to 20 MB, the OCR API supports files up to 10 MB, and the Document Processor UI supports files up to 5 MB.
• PDF with up to 20 pages can be processed
• Supports file format JPEG, JPG, PNG, PDF only
• PDFs cannot be password protected
