Infor Document Management (Document Management) is an enterprise document management application deployed and integrated within the Infor OS portal.

Working with IDM
This section describes how to search for documents, how to use the navigation bar, and how to work with documents.
Control Center
To access the Control Center, click the options menu next to the + Add Document button on the Document Management landing page and select Control Center.
Homepage Widget
With the Infor OS Portal Homepage widget you can view and access Document Management documents faster and in-context of a user defined webpage.
In-Context Applications
During navigation through other Infor applications, an in-context widget becomes available called Related Information.
Microsoft Outlook add-in
With the Microsoft Outlook add-in, users can upload email attachments directly into Document Management.
Document signature
You can use document signature to send documents that are stored in Document Management to be signed electronically. In Document Management, the signature is stored as part of the document's metadata.
