Viewing document details

To get specific information about the document, use these tabs:
  • Properties

    This tab is displayed after you open a document.

    To access this tab from a different tab, tap Properties. The Properties tab shows these properties:

    • ID
    • Version
    • Checkout Out By
    • Check Out Date
    • Modified By:
    • Modified Date:
    • Created By:
    • Created Date:
    • File name:
    • Size:
  • Attributes

    Shows the document attributes. This tab shows this information:

    • Name
    • Status
  • File

    Shows information about the file name, size, and MIME type.

  • Security

    Shows the access control list.

  • History

    Shows the file name with version and modified date.
