Enrolling a device

  1. Login to the AirWatch Console.
  2. Tap the Devices tab on the left hand side.
  3. Select List View.
  4. Select ADD DEVICE.
  5. Search for your username and specify the details about the device. Ensure to keep Email selected for the MESSAGING section.
  6. Tap Save. At this point an email with a QR code is sent.
  7. On the device download the AirWatch Agent app from the appropriate app store.
  8. Open the app and select QR Code.
  9. Scan the QR code from step 6.
  10. Specify the appropriate credentials.
  11. Install any required profiles when prompted.
