Performing document actions

  1. Tap this button in the upper-right corner of the page.

    These actions are displayed:
    • Check out

      Allows the document to be edited. You can edit the attributes of the document.

    • Edit Document

      Returns you to the page where you can edit the document. This action is only available if the document is checked out.

    • Check In

      Checks in the document. This action is only available if the document is checked out.

    • Download

      Makes the document available offline. When a document is downloaded, a green arrow is displayed next to the display name on the main page.

    • Open File

      Opens a file so you can view its content.

    • Share

      Share a file with Infor Ming.le. After selecting the share action choose Import with Infor Ming.le to attach the selected document to a post in the Infor Ming.le Mobile Application.

    • Delete

      Deletes a document.

    • Cancel

      Closes the menu and returns to the document.
