Filtering portal notifications

  1. Click the healthcare cross icon in the Infor OS Portal navigation bar.
  2. Select the required tab from the Health Events menu or the Application Events menu.
  3. Click the Filter icon in the health notification toolbar, select the required filters, and click Apply.
    You can filter notifications to refine your search results. You can filter by these options:
    • Module name: Click Module.
    • Event name: Click Notification.
    • Read status: Enable the Include Read switch.
    • Notification severity: Click Severity. Info, error, and warning messages are displayed. This filter is available only for application events.
    • Start date and end date: Click Start Date & End Date Time to filter messages received within a specific date range.
    • Module-specific filters: The module-specific filters are available only for certain applications. Click Additional Filters: For more details, see an application-specific user guide.
    Alternatively, you can use these buttons above the notifications list to filter the list with one click:
    • Today and Error for health events.
    • Today, Include Read, INFO, WARNING, and ERROR for application events.

    You can use multiple filters simultaneously. If you use the Filter icon, the Today button is automatically unselected.
