Overview

Infor OS Health Service is a common mechanism for the Infor multi-tenant applications to report software interaction issues that require a user action.

Infor Backend as a Service (BaaS) enables Infor OS customers to develop and deploy cloud-native Java or Node.js services. BaaS is accessible through API Gateway.

You can view notifications by opening Infor OS Portal, selecting Notifications, and clicking the Application event tab for API Gateway. You can also receive notifications via email, with the option to subscribe or unsubscribe from User Settings > Notifications.
