Disabling email notifications

Email notifications are enabled by default for modules that support this functionality. You can disable email notifications for specific events. When these notifications are disabled, users cannot modify the setting of the Send Email check box for the event in User Settings > Health Notifications.

If you active the notifications again, users' subscription preferences and settings are applied. Users can then modify these settings again.

  1. Select Infor OS > Health Service.
  2. Select the application to view a list of its events.
  3. Click Notification Settings.
  4. Select the Disable Email check box to disable notifications for the events.
    The Disable Email check box is available only for modules that support email notifications.
  5. Click OK to confirm.
  6. Click Close.
