LangSmith is a third-party platform used only for debugging conversation traces made within the GenAI platform. The application helps the GenAI team identify, assess, and enhance the GenAI service by providing detailed insights into agent and tool performance.

GenAI user can opt-out of conversation tracing when utilizing the chatbot.
