Overview
Global packages are pre-configured bundles containing resources related to ION and other cloud applications. They are intended to simplify the deployment of standardized solutions across different customer environments.
With global packages, business users can access pre-configured workflows, dashboards, and integrations appropriate for their industry or application suite, thereby expediting onboarding and minimizing manual setup, while maintaining dependencies across multiple applications during deployment. These ION resources can be edited and customized after deployment on the customer's target tenant. Deployment of global packages, including ION resources, can be started through the CSSP portal.
