Assign resources to tags

You can associate application-specific configuration, content, extension, and security to a tag. You then create a local package by selecting one or more tags.

In Infor Document Processor, a resource refers to a Document Processor flow. Only flows with Active status can be transferred using Local Package, so the first step is to create a flow and save it as Active.

Users must have the COLEMANDDP- Administrator security role.

Once permissions are set, the Configuration Management menu becomes available in the Document Processor application.

  1. In CSSP, create a tag.
  2. In the Document Processor application, select Configuration Management > Tag.
  3. On the Tag list page, locate and drill down into the new tag.
  4. Click Add.

The Add Resource dialog box opens with a list of document processor flows.

  5. Select the required flows and click Add.
  6. The selected flows now display as assigned resources under the tag.
