Deleting user conversations
           You can delete any message in your conversation history by using Data Subject Requests with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
           
         
            Note: You must have both the ColemanDA-DataAdmin and GDPR-ColemanDA-DataProtectionOfficer IFS user roles to delete user conversations.
           
          - Within your Coleman Digital Assistant tenant, log in to Infor OS Portal.
 - Select .
 - Create a new request by providing a name and description.
 - In the Personal Information field, insert the conversation text you look for.
 - Select the component.
 - Click .
 - After the search is complete, select the messages you want to delete from the request and click .
