Deleting user conversations

You can delete any message in your conversation history by using Data Subject Requests with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
Note: You must have both the ColemanDA-DataAdmin and GDPR-ColemanDA-DataProtectionOfficer IFS user roles to delete user conversations.
  1. Within your Coleman Digital Assistant tenant, log in to Infor OS Portal.
  2. Select Personal Information > Data Subject Request.
  3. Create a new request by providing a name and description.
  4. In the Personal Information field, insert the conversation text you look for.
  5. Select the Coleman Digital Assistant component.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. After the search is complete, select the messages you want to delete from the request and click Execute.
