Unable to log on to RPA Assistant
Confirm these checks:
- Ensure that the correct IONAPI file is being used for the RPA Assistant. To confirm, navigate to API Gateway and click Authorized Apps. Browse and select ‘RPA Tray Assistant’.
- Verify if OAuth 2.0 Scopes are enabled for the tenant.
- If enabled, confirm whether the Enforce Scope
option is enabled for the ‘RPA Tray Assistant’ application. Disable the option.
OR
- Create a duplicate of the RPA Tray Assistant authorized app with the same values.
- If enabled, confirm whether the Enforce Scope
option is enabled for the ‘RPA Tray Assistant’ application. Disable the option.
Note: The RPA Assisstant supports OAuth 2.0 scopes from version 2024.03
and beyond.
