Unable to connect when configuring a device in the RPA Configuration Manager

Verify that the proper IONAPI file and service account has been downloaded for the RPA Agent. To verify perform these steps:

  1. Navigate to your tenant portal.
  2. Click API Gateway > Authorized Apps.
  3. Search for RPA Agent.
  4. Click Download Credential.
    Note: You must toggle on the Create Service Account option when downloading the credential. The user associated with the service account must be assigned to the RPA-ADMIN IFS role.
