Authorize user

A user account in RPA Management is authorized to run RPA process. To review the authorization, navigate to RPA Management > Manage > Authorizations. The Revoke option is displayed corresponding to the user name who has been authorized to run processes.

You can click Revoke to revoke the authorization.
