RPA Management

Infor RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Management is a multi-tenant web-based application and is a part of Infor Operating Service (OS). This application can manage devices and robots for running repetitive business processes.

The automation processes running in the RPA Management application is managed by RPA Mastermind.

The application enables you to schedule, configure, manage, and monitor the running of the RPA jobs.

This application ensures centralized management and correct delivery of process versions to RPA Assistant for the attended automated executions. For the unattended automations, the RPA Management application enables you to run a process on demand or schedule the process to run later with triggers.

The RPA Management application provides a centralized platform to perform these actions:

  • Provisioning: Create and maintain a connection between Robots and application
  • Deployment: Ensure the correct delivery of process versions to the assigned Robots for running the process
  • Configuring: Maintain and deliver Robot environments and processes configuration
  • Queues: Ensure automatic workload distribution across Robots
  • Monitoring: Track Robot identification data and maintain user permissions
  • Inter-connectivity: Maintain a centralized point of communication for 3rd party solutions or applications

Home page

The home page of the RPA Management application displays the personalized welcome message. You can use this page to perform the following actions:

  • Install the latest version of the RPA Installer, using the Download RPA Installer option.
  • Review these metrics, using the Executive Summary section:
    • Unique processes – Number of unique processes added to the logged on tenant.
    • Processes Run – Number of unique execution of all processes by all the users of the tenant.
    • Success Rate – The success rate of the process executions.
    • Failure Rate – The failure rate of the process executions.
    • Execution Time – Total execution of the processes, in hours.

    By default, metrics are displayed for the last 30 days. However, you have the option to review the metrics for the last seven days or last one day.

    Note: Process Run, Success Rate, and Failure Rate metrics are currently displayed for the processes run in the unattended mode.
