Task monitoring menu does not display the job status

Triggered jobs are displayed only when the RPA Agent receives the job and the job moves into the In Progress status.

Refresh the task monitoring view. Confirm these checks if the job is still not displayed:

  • The RDP configuration is enabled and setup properly.
  • The device is still connected to Mastermind. To confirm, navigate to the Management UI Device menu and click the Refresh option.
  • The agent logs (C:\ProgramData\Infor\RPA\Agent\Logs)
  • The job is not stuck in a queue. If repeated messages are sent for the job being in the queue, check who all are logged into the server by using ‘qwinsta’. Also verify that there are no additional users consuming available RDP connections.
  • Sessions of the active RPA agent to determine if sessions can be logged on as robot for each job.
