Publishing RPA project

After finalizing the RPA project, you must publish the project into the Multi-Tenant component of Infor RPA Mastermind for running the workflow in the attended or unattended mode of execution.

Note:  See, Infor Robotic Process Automation Installation Guide for details.
  1. Open an existing project in Infor RPA Studio.
  2. Click Publish in the main toolbar below the menu toolbar.
  3. Specify this information:
    Project Name
The name of the project. This name is used for identifying the project in the RPA Mastermind.
    Current Version
The version of the project in RPA Mastermind, if published earlier. Projects published for the first time displays version 1.0.0 by default.
    New Version
The version of the project being deployed.
    Increment Version
The option to manage the incrementation of the version number. Select the check box to enable the option.
    Description
The description of the project being published.
  4. Click Publish. A warning message to delete all sensitive information in the RPA process before publishing is displayed.
Note: The default values of arguments are not published with the process. You are prompted to specify the values when finalizing the project to be published in the RPA Management application.
  5. Click OK when the ‘RPA process publish is successful’ notification message is displayed.

An RPA Flow is called a Process when published in the RPA Management application. To run the process in an attended or unattended mode, navigate to RPA Management > Processes. Select the process and finalize. See, Finalizing a published process.
