Using configuration settings

As tenant administrator, you use the Configuration tab at the bottom of the External Entities > Add New External Entity page to configure these settings:
Setting Description
User Verification This check box enables you to configure whether you want external users to perform an extra verification step during the registration process of your application.

If this box is selected, upon registration of the adopting team's application, the external users receive an email with a one-time password. The application teams arev responsible for displaying the user interface for the user to type in a one-time password to complete the registration successfully.

If the check box is not selected, this verification step is not required to complete registration.

Allow Self Registration This rread-only field is configured during the creation of the external entity in the CloudSuite Portal. This field confirms that this external entity allows external users to register for an account themselves within an application outside Infor OS.
Registration Form URL This read-only field shows the URL of the site where external users are redirected if they select Don't Have an Account on the External Entity logon page.

The adopting teams are required to provide the URL during the creation of the external entity in the CloudSuite Portal.
