Working with external entity users

All external users who need to access a specific external entity must be added to an external entity and assigned specific security roles and applications. The system does not come with a predefined list of users.

Note: To access the Users page, click External Entity Management from the profile icon. Then, on the External Entities page, locate the tile for the external entity and double-click the Users icon (circle).

The Users page displays all users that are currently added to an external entity.

You can add users and apply an action to a user or group of users. The actions available are:

  • Activate
  • Disable
  • Send invitation
  • Reset password (by user)
  • Unlock account
