Basic search

The basic search consists of the most commonly used search criteria:

Search Criteria	Description
Date and Time	Use to retrieve audit logs from the selected date range: All – selects all available audit events. Last 60 Minutes – selects all audit events that occurred in the last 60 minutes from the time of the search. Last 24 Hours – selects all audit events that occurred in the last 24 hours from the time of the search. Last 7 Days – selects all audit events that occurred in the last 7 days from the time of the search. Custom Range - allows the user to select the date and time parameters.
Entity Type	This is the entity type that the event affected. This field is read only and External Entity is the only applicable option for External Entity Management.
Audit Transaction	Select the name of the audited event. The available audit transactions when External Entity is selected for the entity type are: External Entity Created, Removed, Deleted External User Updated, Added, Removed
Entity ID	This is a look-up field that contains all known external entities in the tenant. For example, when the Entity Type is External Entity, the look-up will contain all the external entities created in that tenant.
