Ingestion over Time widget

The Ingestion over Time widget displays the ingestion rate of data objects into Data Lake over a specific period. The ingestion rate can be represented according to the size of the objects or the number of objects that were stored in Data Lake for the selected period.

You can add the Data Lake Ingestion over Time widget from the Statistics & Usage category in the Widget Catalog to your home page.

You can configure the widget to display the statistics for these periods:

• All time: shows the rate for each month in the past
• Last 7 days: shows the rate for each day in the last 7 days
• Last 24 hours: shows the rate for each hour in the past 24 hours
• Last 12 months: shows the rate for each month in the last 12 months

You can filter the widget to display the rate of ingestion by size or count:

• Size: the size of data objects that were stored for the period
• Count: the number of data objects that were stored for the period

Hovering over the ticks on the line chart will provide you both the size and count for the period.
