Configuring the RDP connection limit

You must configure the RDP connection to limit the number of sessions that can be simultaneously used by RPA application.

  1. Press Win +R to open the Run dialog box.
  2. Type gpedit.msc and press Enter. The Group Policy Editor window is displayed.
  3. Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Connections.
  4. Locate and double click the Limit number of connections policy. The policy settings are displayed.
  5. Select the Enabled option.
  6. Specify the maximum number of simultaneous RDP sessions you want to allow in the Set the number of simultaneous connections field.
  7. Click OK to save the policy settings.
  8. Restart the server, if required, to save the changes.
