Security roles

Each adopting Infor OS component provides security and compliance roles. For example:

• GDPR-Coleman-DataProtectionOfficer
• GDPR-Coleman-ChiefDataProtectionOfficer

A single user can access multiple components. Accessing multiple components allows us to comply with different security policies across other customers. For example, a user with the Collaboration-DataProtectionOfficer and Coleman-DataProtectionOfficer roles has access to both Collaboration and Coleman data.
