User Activity Settings

This setting is available only to a user with an IFS-MonitorAdministrator or Infor-SystemAdministrator security role.

Setting Description
User Activity Log Retention This setting indicates how long the user activity logs are retained in the system. Select a value and click Save.

Once a user activity log is outside the retention period, it can no longer be searched. Valid values for this option are:

  • Months - select a value from 6 to 36 months
  • 0 - never delete the user activity log
