Adding users to the security role

Note: Only active users are be displayed in security roles and functional security roles results.

To add users to the security role:

  1. On the User tab, click Add new item.
  2. On the Assign users to Security Roles dialog box, search for and select a user.
  3. Click Add to add the user.
    Note: Only active users are displayed in the search results for the security role.
  4. Add additional users as required.
  5. Click Add & Close to add selected users and close the dialog box.
  6. Click Save.
    The newly added users are now displayed on the Security Roles details page.
