Verified Email Domain
Infor CloudSuite Portal provides approved domains for each tenant. In the verified domain is displayed as read-only.
For Infor External Entities, when a tenant administrator configures a "from" email address for an employee in the External Entity, the address is validated to ensure that the domain matches what is approved for that tenant and/or matches what domains have been listed in the trusted domains section in User Management. If the address does not match the domain, it is not saved and the default email address is used.
