User conversations
Only the data controller with the Coleman-DataAdministrator role can
delete user messages from Coleman Digital Assistant. Contact your data controller
to delete messages.
Data controllers cannot modify the user messages and they cannot delete the messages from Coleman Digital Assistant to the user. The system data-controller can delete the user messages as a soft delete or a hard delete.
