Specifying additional properties

  1. In ION Desk, select Connect > Connection points.
  2. Click New
  3. Select Technology > Message Queue
  4. Click the Additional Properties tab.
  5. Click Add.
    The Additional property dialog box is displayed.
  6. Specify the JMS Property name.
    The first character must be a letter (upper case or lower case), the dollar sign "$", or the underscore character "_"; subsequent characters can be letters, digits, dollar signs, or underscore characters. Property name is case-sensitive. The name cannot be one of these reserved strings:
    • All ION header field values listed earlier.
    • Encoding
    • ReferenceId
    • Text
    • JMSCorrelationID
    • JMSDeliveryMode
    • JMSDestination
    • JMSExpiration
    • JMSMessageID
    • JMSPriority
    • JMSRedelivered
    • JMSReplyTo
    • JMSTimestamp
    • JMSType
  7. Select a constant value or use an ION header field. Provide an input value accordingly.
  8. Click Ok.
  9. Click Edit to modify an existing property or click Remove to remove a property.
