Modeling Cloud accounts

To configure a Cloud account:

  1. Click Connect > Cloud Accounts.
  2. Click Add to create a Cloud account.
    The Cloud Account details page is displayed.
  3. Specify the Cloud Account ID and Security Key you received from the Infor Business Cloud provider. Then click LOAD.
    After a successful download the details for your Cloud account are specified.
  4. Optional: Assign a Tenant to this Cloud account. By default the tenant infor is used. The created connection points, using this Cloud account, are assigned to this tenant.
    Explanation of the properties on the Cloud Account details page:
    Property Description
    ID Active identifier for your Cloud account. This information is provided by your Infor Business Cloud administrator.
    Security key The security key for your Cloud account, a hidden field. Typically this information is retrieved when using the Download Cloud Account option. Do not change this field unless requested by your Infor Business Cloud administrator.
    Cloud Account Your Cloud account for the Infor Business Cloud service.
    Tenant The On-Premise tenant in which the applications for this Cloud account are used. You can change the tenant if the status is Inactive.
    Status Active if the Cloud account is used by at least one active connection point, Inactive otherwise.
    Region The Amazon region used by this Cloud account and related Cloud connection points to exchange information with the Infor Cloud applications.
    Cloud Applications Lists the Infor Cloud applications linked to this Cloud account. For each of these Cloud applications you can create an Infor Cloud 2.0 connection point.

    Use these buttons:

    • Usage: Lists the connection points using this Cloud account.
    • Load: Based on the given Cloud account, load the properties relevant for this Cloud account. Typically the Cloud applications linked to this Cloud account.
