Infor Cloud 1.0

The Infor Cloud 1.0 connector is used for connecting Infor-enabled on premise applications to the Motion application in the Infor cloud. Usage of Infor Cloud 1.0 connector is otherwise deprecated. Use the Infor Cloud 2.0 Connector to connect to other Infor cloud applications.

To use this service you require specific user account details to access. This information is sent to you by an e-mail and used while modeling a cloud connection point in ION Desk. The e-mail contains these details:

• OnPremise Tenant ID - Existing Tenant ID used by the customer for ION integrations between applications locally deployed.
• Cloud Tenant ID - The Tenant ID that is assigned for this customer in the Infor cloud.
• Logical ID - The Logical ID of the connection point in the cloud which the ION that is locally deployed will connect to. In the logical ID, the characters from the name are converted to lowercase.
• Cloud Connector User ID - The user account with which connection to the Infor Cloud will be made.
• Cloud Connector Password - The Password of the above user.
