Goals for System Administrator

These are the goals defined for a System Administrator:

• Align the ERP configuration with the user requirement and business workflow.
• Ensure reliability and performance of the ERP for users, install necessary updates and patches.
• Troubleshoot, fix, escalate/reroute issues in a timely manner.
• Modify company risk by governing user access and functionality and ensuring policy compliance.
• Develop, prepare, and maintain documentation and training material.
• Maintain a communication channel with the ERP vendor and extended support team.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure integration and compatibility with other systems.
