On Your Radar

This widget is used to focus on addressing and managing orders that require immediate attention. The widget comprises of these matrices that display the number of related tasks.

• Machine Issues: This matrix displays the count of orders for which the planned setup start date is later than the current date, planned production finish date is in the next 7 days, and the orders that are impacted by Machine Availability.The data is grouped by machine and sorted based on Planned delivery date.
• Material Shortages: This matrix displays the count of production orders for which On hand quantity is less than the Ordered quantity and the planned delivery is in the next 7 days from the current date. The sorting for warehouse is based on Planned delivery date.
• Late Operations: This matrix displays the count of the production order operations for which, the status is set to a value other than Completed or Closed and the Operation Reminder Start Date is earlier than the current date for the previous 7 days. The data is grouped by machine and sorted based on Planned delivery date.
• Orders to Complete: This matrix displays the count of the production orders with status set to a value other than Completed, Closed or Archived and the related Operations status set to Completed or Closed, are displayed. The sorting for work center is based on Planned delivery date.
